What OEM Includes

Minimum Volumes

Most OEM programs start at 10-50 grams per SKU. Below that, standard custom synthesis pricing applies. The break-even point depends on sequence complexity and purity requirements.

Documentation Package

Expect COA, MSDS, batch records, and stability data. For regulated markets, you may need TSE/BSE statements, residual solvent reports, and elemental impurity profiles.

Choosing An OEM Partner

Look for batch-to-batch consistency data, not just a single successful pilot. Ask about their change control process — what happens when a raw material supplier changes? And verify they can scale if your demand grows 5x in two years.
