Quality & Liability
All products are accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis. Our liability is limited to the replacement of product or refund of purchase price for documented quality discrepancies reported within 30 days of delivery.
Intellectual Property
Custom sequences provided by clients remain the intellectual property of the client. We do not disclose client sequences or project details to third parties.
